How does your reward system work?

How do I get reward points (“RP”)?

There are several ways to get RP's which will get you discounts and the possibility to buy exclusive designs that are only available through our reward system. They are listed below:

A. Each product you order on our online store will give you reward points. They are usually 100 RP for 1 t-shirt, but occasionally we will offer more points for some designs. Follow us on Facebook for all the details. The number of reward points awarded are mentioned right next to the product's image. 
B. We organize contests weekly on our Facebook where you can win reward points.
C. We distribute reward points in different conventions around the world such as GAMEfest, Gamescom etc. Be sure to find our booth!

What can I do with reward points?

You can either get a proportional discount on your next order OR you can buy exclusive designs that will only be buyable with reward points.

What kind of discount do I get?

Just besides the price of an item, you will see its respective price in RP's.
For example, a t-shirt is usually being sold at 22.50 USD/19.99 EUR/14.99 GBP, but you can also buy it for 1000 RP's instead of using your hard earned cash.

But that's not it! You don't have to collect 1000 RP's to get a free tee.
You can also use your RP's no matter how many you have to get a discount on your item.
For example, if the price of an item is 1000 RP, you can use 100 RP to get a 10% discount, 200 RP's to get a 20% discount, etc

… Let's recapitulate. If an item's value in Reward Points is 1000 RP:
1000 RP = Free Item 100 RP= 10% Discount on the Item
200 RP= 20% Discount on the Item
300 RP= 30% Discount on the Item …
etc etc

 

When a product is out of stock, will you offer it again in the future?

Most likely, unless our license to sell the product has expired.
The product will then be placed in the “Oldies” section in the top menu.

What payment options do you offer ?

You can pay either by Paypal or by using a major credit card such as VISA, Mastercard or American Express.

 

Do you ship to my country ?

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Hungary, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, San Marino, Vatican City, Portugal, Poland, Monaco, Malta, Macedonia, Lituania, Liechtenstein, Greece, Gibraltar, Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Boznia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. For the UK, the US and Canada please visit our other stores.

 

What shipping options do you offer ?

The only available option is the Priority service for European Orders and First Class for US orders, which should take 3-5 business days. 
Please bear in mind that handling and processing of the order can take up to 2 business days.
If your package has not arrived in a reasonable time frame feel free to send us an email at sales@levelupwear.com.

 

How much does shipping cost ?

We charge a flat rate of 3 EUR for all orders below 50 EUR shipping to the EU.
We charge 7 EUR for orders shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
If your order exceeds 50 EUR we offer free shipping on your order regardless of your country.

 

Can I track my order ?

You will receive a order confirmation e-mail when you place an order.
No tracking number is currently available.

 

Will I have to pay customs fees ?

No. All our products are shipped locally which means that you will never have to pay any hidden custom fees.
We ship North American orders from the US with First Class Mail and European orders from Belgium with Priority Shipping.

Washing Instructions

Machine wash cold. 
Wash dark colors separately.
Don’t use non-chlorine bleach.
Tumble dry low.
Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.
Our t-shirts are all 100% Cotton so you can expect some normal shrinkage after the first wash.

 

What is your Return Policy?

Our ultimate goal is that you are satisfied with your order.
However if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund.
All returns must be made within 14 days of placing your order.
We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period.
Please login to your account and fill out the return form.
Indicate what you're returning and why.
Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.
In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you're returning.
You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge.
If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s).
If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in.
We do NOT accept washed items.
If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

Do I have to pay to send back a wrong or defective item?

If you received a defective or wrong item, we'll reimburse you for the return shipping.
Please include the shipping receipt and send it back to us. With the receipt included, we'll reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us via regular mail.
Unfortunately, we will not reimburse for express shipping, so be sure to send it back via regular mail.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

How do I know if my return has been processed ?

Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them.
Be sure to also factor in the ship time for your return to be delivered to us.
When your return is processed, we'll send you a notification email.
If you believe your return should've been processed, but never received a notification, check your spam folder to make sure the email didn't get marked as spam.
